While looking for work, I have been playing the LinkedIn game. Apparently, if you have less than 50 connections then you are considered to be a bit of a recluse.
In my case, that would be accurate since I am fundamentally unsociable. Despite being a Web Developer, I find Facebook to be irritating and Twitter to be pointless. My preferred tweet of the day is birdsong on BBC Radio 4!
The technology behind social media is interesting to me but I see the products as tools rather than lifestyles.
Now that I have more than 50 connections on LinkedIn (68), I can stop bugging people!
