Landscaping

Here is a photo taken from my mountainside today:

To the right you can see where the new roadway has been dug across the field. Tomorrow we should start moving stone to build up the roadway.

In the middle is our temporary quarry and source of stone. To the left is the digger.

After a valiant struggle I wrested some now-redundant fencing from the brambles:

So far my first Premiere-free week is going well.

My leaving present was a Leatherman multi-tool which contains a wire-cutter. This has proved most useful, although I had invested in a bolt-cutter for the bigger wires.
